John Roberson is a managing director for Greystar Development and Construction Services, covering Georgia and Tennessee. He has been active in the multifamily industry since 2011 and joined Greystar in 2012. John is directly responsible for site selection, underwriting, capitalization and execution of new development opportunities. To date, John has capitalized over $900 million of new development projects totaling 4,000 units. He holds a master of real estate development degree from Clemson University and a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
