Kris Simmons is a Senior Vice President at Magnus Development Partners, where he focuses on the sourcing, development, and execution of industrial real estate projects across the Southeast. Over the course of his career, he has led the development of speculative and build-to-suit industrial projects totaling more than 3.5 million square feet and representing over $450 million in project value. Prior to joining Magnus Development Partners, Kris was a Vice President of Development with SunCap Property Group, a national industrial development firm.

Kris holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson University. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), holds certifications in ARGUS Enterprise and Real Estate Financial Modeling (REFM), and is a LEED Green Associate.
