Jeff is Vice President, Global Real Estate at Hanesbrands (HBI). He is accountable for the real estate, workplace portfolio (Office, Retail, Distribution, Manufacturing) and Security Services for 1900+ properties (20M sf). He has over 30+ years of Corporate Real Estate experience that spans client management, strategic planning, associate experiences, facilities, project & transaction management, and architecture. His role is to create integrated, innovative, and sustainable global experiences, spaces and solutions that accelerate business growth and inspire employees to perform their best work.

Jeff has worked at The Coca-Cola Company, Carolinas HealthCare System (Atrium Health), Wells Fargo (Wachovia) and Bank of America in many capacities including Relationship Management, Strategic Planning, Program/Project & Portfolio Management, Real Estate Operations/Finance, Brand Conversion, Sustainability & Process Improvement/Operational Excellence. A registered architect first, he worked for Gantt Huberman Architects providing architectural services for institutional, educational, and military facilities before transitioning to financial services.

Jeff is Six Sigma (Green Belt) certified and serves as a member of AIA, NCARB, CoreNet Global and was a board member for the Atlanta CoreNet chapter. He received his Bachelor of Science in Design and Master of Architecture from Clemson University. He was on the Board of Trustees for the Clemson Architectural Foundation and previously volunteered with the Boy Scouts of America, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and international missions at his church. Jeff is married with two children (both attended Clemson University). He has traveled extensively – both in his career and recreationally, domestically, and internationally, and enjoys participating in athletics.
