Taylor is responsible for managing development projects in all aspects for Atlantic South Development. Starting from site selection all the way through construction and leasing of all assets. This includes both ground up developments as well as renovations/redevelopments of existing properties in both the commercial office, retail, restaurant, and residential asset classes. Taylor got his start in Washington, D.C. working for Lend Lease Construction (US) as a Project Manager overseeing large commercial office and hospitality projects including some work with large Historic Tax Credit renovations. Taylor received a B.S. in Civil Engineering as well as a Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson.
