Mike has over 30 years of experience in commercial construction, serving as a lecturer in the Nieri Department of Real Estate and Construction. He is the current president of ML Bell Construction, a national design-build contractor, and has successfully completed more than 2,000 commercial construction projects across 14 states. He holds a general contractor's license in 12 states. His research interests include preconstruction, land development, design-build methods, project delivery strategies, and cost estimating. Mike is passionate about sharing his extensive knowledge in preconstruction services, contract delivery methods, cost estimating, value engineering, and construction techniques. He is dedicated to giving back to the industry by providing real-world, practical instruction to his students.
