Holly serves as Managing Member for Schaumber Development, an affordable housing development group based in Greenville, South Carolina. She also serves as principal for Douglas Development, a family development firm with more than 4,000 affordable housing units under management. Holly previously spent time working with Grandbridge Capital as a financial underwriter. She received a BS in Business Management and Finance from the University of South Carolina as well as an MRED from Clemson University.
