Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Pattillo Construction Corporation
Bree M. Pattillo is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Pattillo Construction Corporation, a fourth-generation, family-owned general contracting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. A native of Atlanta, Bree has been immersed in the construction industry since childhood, gaining early exposure through her grandfather, H.G. Pattillo, who laid the foundation for the company’s longstanding legacy.
Bree earned her Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Kennesaw State University in 1998, followed by a Master of Business Administration from The Citadel in 2002. She began her career building experience in project management and civil engineering, developing a well-rounded understanding of the industry.
In 2015, Bree assumed the roles of CEO and Chairman of the Board, leading a transformative period for the company. Under her leadership, Pattillo Construction transitioned from an in-house construction operation to a standalone general contractor, expanding its client base to include external developers and brokers. This evolution, often referred to as “Pattillo 4.0,” included a comprehensive rebranding and strategic growth initiative that strengthened the company’s position in the industrial construction market across the Southeast.
With more than 25 years of experience, Bree continues to guide Pattillo Construction’s growth while maintaining its reputation as a trusted, relationship-driven builder. In addition to her role at Pattillo Construction, she leads LG Management Company in conjunction with Pattillo Lumber Company and Gwinnett Industries, Inc., overseeing an extensive industrial real estate portfolio totaling approximately 4 million square feet.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Bree is actively involved in a number of organizations and boards. She serves as Chairman of the Board for Guanacaste Ventures US, Inc., sits on the Board of Directors for Taitanchi Foundation, Inc., and has held leadership roles with Pattillo Lumber Company and Gwinnett Industries. She is also a member of the CACM Advisory Board at Kennesaw State University and the Advisory Board for HB Next, as well as an alumna of Leadership Georgia.
Bree is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds general contractor licenses across multiple states, including Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Alabama, West Virginia, and Mississippi. She is also recognized as part of a certified woman-owned business enterprise, reflecting her commitment to leadership and excellence within the construction industry.
