Royce King brings more than four decades of leadership experience to The Litchfield Company Real Estate, LLC, where he has served as Sales Executive, Broker in Charge, President, and now Chairman of the Board. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional expertise in strategic planning, brokerage management, team development, and sustainable business growth.

As Chairman, he provides strategic vision and operational oversight for the firm’s full-service real estate operations along the South Carolina coast. Under his leadership, the company has achieved record-breaking annual sales exceeding $600 million, solidifying its position as a regional industry leader. He is widely recognized for building and mentoring high-performing sales teams, strengthening the company’s market presence, and upholding a strong reputation for integrity, client service, and community engagement.

In addition to his professional achievements, he is an active leader in the community, serving on the boards of Palmetto Heritage Bank, the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors, and the Pawleys Island Litchfield Business Association. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toledo and a Bachelor of Science from The Citadel.

A proud veteran, he served as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy and United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam Conflict.

He has been married to his wife, Stephanie, for 57 years and is the proud father of two daughters, grandfather of seven granddaughters, and great-grandfather to one great-grandson.
