At Estates & Companies, Whit Johnson is responsible for sourcing multifamily acquisition and development opportunities and leading investments through construction and disposition. He began his career in Atlanta with Engler Financial Group (later acquired by Walker & Dunlop), helping close more than $2.5 billion in multifamily investment sales across the Southeast. He later spent seven years at Perennial Properties, leading acquisition and development efforts for more than $250 million in ground-up and renovation projects across Atlanta’s urban submarkets.

Mr. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture and a Master of Real Estate Development, both from Clemson University. He is also member of ULI and sits on the Carolina Trends Regional Council.
