Parks McLeod earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in 2015 and a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) degree from Clemson University in 2019. He is a licensed real estate professional in South Carolina.

His real estate experience includes retail, hospitality, multifamily, and industrial projects throughout the Southeast, ranging from existing asset operations and repositioning to ground-up development.

Parks is the founder of Hermitage Real Estate and is currently leading the development of Bogey’s Golfgarten, a hospitality and entertainment concept in Greenville, SC. He is responsible for site selection, entitlements, capital structuring, design coordination, and overall project delivery.

Parks lives in Greenville with his wife, Camille, and their family.
