Our mission is rooted in a simple yet vital goal: to help protect and prepare the students, faculty, staff, and visitors of Clemson University. Within these pages, you’ll find practical guidance on personal preparedness, as well as an overview of how our team works behind the scenes to support the University through proactive planning, coordinated response operations and comprehensive training programs. These three pillars – planning, operations, and training – form the foundation of our efforts to make Clemson one of the most disaster-resilient universities in the nation.

Our strength lies in the dedication and expertise of our team members, who bring skill, passion, and professionalism to every facet of their work. We are proud to collaborate closely with our partners in the Clemson University Police Department, Fire & EMS Department and TigerOne. Together, we create a unified public safety team capable of managing large-scale events and responding to crises with precision and care.
