School-based club that follows the official 4-H curriculum and schedule. Students engage in structured activities and projects designed to teach life skills, leadership, and subject-specific knowledge while fostering teamwork and community spirit.

For ages 5-8.
Club for younger members to try new, exciting activities. Projects range from veterinary field trips to engineering marshmallow rockets. Emphasizes hands-on learning, community service, friendship, and personal growth.

Meets: Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, times vary
Competitive shooting sports team where members learn clay target shooting techniques, safety, and sportsmanship. Offers opportunities for competition and skill-building in a team environment.

Meets: 1st & 3rd Fridays, 1:00 PM
Teaches nutrition label reading, recipe comprehension, knife safety, baking, meat safety, table manners, and hospitality. Members gain confidence in preparing meals from start to finish.

Meets: Varies based on show season and upcoming events
Focused on dairy animal care with clinics, showmanship training, and livestock show preparation. Members learn feeding, grooming, and herd health skills while developing responsibility and agricultural knowledge.

Meets: Last Monday of each month, 6:00 PM
Welcoming community club for ages 5–18, offering projects in agriculture, STEM, healthy living, and community service. Meetings feature hands-on activities, leadership opportunities, and team projects designed to encourage learning-by-doing.

Meets: 1st Tuesday of each month (in person) & last Monday of each month (virtual), 6:30 PM
Offers a variety of projects including gardening, theater, astronomy, cat showing, herpetology, and journalism. Members compete in state-level engineering, AI, and presentation challenges, and participate in community service.

General-interest community club allowing members to explore 4-H activities in science, agriculture, arts, and leadership in a supportive, social environment.

Meets: 2nd Thursday of each month, 6:00 PM
For ages 8–18, teaching practical home maintenance, tool safety, carpentry, plumbing, electrical basics, and DIY projects. Members gain problem-solving skills and confidence while creating functional items.

Youth-led equine club where members participate in horse shows, educational clinics, event planning, and community service, gaining knowledge in horse care and leadership.

Meets: Wednesdays, 2:00 PM
Combines personal sewing projects with service projects for the community. Members learn fabric selection, pattern reading, machine operation, and design skills.

Meets: 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of each month, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
For ages 7–13, offering hands-on STEM experiments and challenges. Designed for homeschoolers to build critical thinking and collaboration skills.

York County 4-H Hotshots Shooting Sports Team
For ages 9-18.
Competing in SCTP/4-H, DNR, and SCYSF events, our team offers range days throughout the year to help youth build and refine marksmanship, safety, and discipline. Participants also develop confidence, focus, and teamwork skills that benefit them both on and off the range. In addition, we host quarterly Natural Resources Days where youth can explore outdoor skills, wildlife conservation, and environmental stewardship.

Meets: 2nd Sunday of each month, 3:00 PM
Teaches dairy goat care, including feeding, grooming, showing, and herd management. Encourages leadership, community service, and friendship within the goat enthusiast community.

Meets: 2nd Saturday of each month, 10:00 AM
Agriculture-focused club with activities in gardening, farming, livestock care, and homesteading. Members develop practical skills and an appreciation for sustainable living.

Meets: 2nd Saturday of each month (September–April), 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Continuation club for summer sewing camp graduates, working on more advanced sewing projects and techniques.

Meets: 1st Tuesday of each month, 6:30 PM; also holds one monthly arena session
Open to all ages and experience levels. Members participate in horse judging, shows, educational events, and community outreach. A horse is not required.

Meets: Last Thursday of each month, 6:30 PM
For ages 14–18, focusing on life skills in personal finance, consumer rights, technology, health, and the environment. Members compete in state and national LifeSmarts competitions while building leadership and decision-making abilities.
