International Shipments
International shipments are subject to U.S. export control laws and Clemson University policies. You are required to use eShipGlobal, Clemson's approved shipping system, for all outbound shipping to ensure compliance with export regulations and shipping requirements.
International shipping charges may not be purchased directly with a Clemson P-Card through carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS. Processing shipments outside of eShipGlobal bypasses Clemson's required compliance review process and may violate export control and transportation regulations.
Process
- Log in to eShipGlobal and complete the shipment request before initiating an international shipment.
- If you are unsure how to classify your shipment or answer any questions in eShipGlobal, do not guess.
- Contact the Office of Research Security for assistance before submitting your shipment.
