Renewing Your Program

Congratulations on leading a successful education abroad program. The Pam Hendrix Center for Education Abroad is grateful for your dedication and support to Clemson University students.
Once you have returned, please submit your expense report in Concur within 30 days of your return date.
Please set up an appointment with your college program manager to debrief on your experience and review any questions or concerns. If you would like to renew your education abroad program to be offered during the next academic year, please complete a Faculty Directed Renewal Application. Here is a flowchart (PDF) for the renewal approval process.
As part of your renewal application, your College Global Engagement Committee and the Council for Global Engagement will review your most recently completed program summary review and operational report as required. You can find these reports within your Terra Dotta Application (PDF).
If your program has been approved for multi-iteration review, you are still required to complete the renewal application, declaring your intent to run the program. However, the program will not be renewed unless there have been significant changes or any incidents that require an internal review.
