VMCAS Application is Live
The Veterinary Medical College Application Service (VMCAS) has opened for the 2026-27 application cycle. These are students who wish to begin a DVM program in August of 2027.
The Harvey S. Peeler Jr. College of Veterinary Medicine will be among DVM programs included in VMCAS this year! However, you won’t be able to select our program (or any program) until May when the program section (quadrant four) of the application opens. In the meantime, you are strongly encouraged to begin working on the initial sections of your application today!
You may now create a VMCAS account and begin filling out the first three quadrants of the 2026-27 application. Please note, VMCAS will send you important reminders and updates throughout the process, so please create your account to get started and stay up-to-date.

Please note, if you submitted your application through VMCAS for the 2025–2026 admissions cycle, most of our required application materials will be the same. Be sure to ask your references to keep a copy of their letter to submit for our application as well.
