Curriculum Vitae


 

Ellory is a Senior Lecturer of Spanish from Hilton Head Island, SC. She earned an MA in Spanish from the University of South Carolina where her thesis work was on the role of women in the Spanish surrealist movement. Ellory taught Beginning and Intermediate Spanish at Clemson for 4 years and returned in 2017 after a 2-year hiatus. She coordinates the Latinx & Hispanic Film Series, Spanish 2010 and serves as a student advisor for Language and International Health and Modern Language Spanish majors. In the past, she has advised Language and International Business Spanish majors, led a study abroad trip to Ecuador and coordinated Spanish 2020. In Summer 2022, she led the Clemson Language Immersion Program (CLIP) to Granada, Spain. As of Fall 2022, Ellory is the Director of the Language and International Health Program and the current Faculty-in-Residence for the Mickel and Gressette communities.
