Cary Berkeley Kaye is a lecturer teaching moot court; she has also taught the philosophy of law at Clemson. She received her J.D. from Yale University and holds an M. Phil in economics from the University of Cambridge and an A.B. from Harvard University. She has taught in the appellate litigation clinics at the University of Georgia School of Law and the Georgetown University Law Center, as well as at Clemson. She has practiced law in the public and private sectors, and was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Joseph Young of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and for the Honorable Diana Gribbon Motz of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
