Jessica is a Principal and Chief Operating Officer for Millburn & Company, a privately held real estate investment firm based out of Salt Lake City. Millburn currently has ~$1.7B in AUM comprised of ~8,000 multifamily units in 8 states across the mountain west, southwest, and southeast regions. Jessica resides in Charleston, SC where Millburn has established their east coast office. She oversees Millburn’s Asset Management & Construction platforms nationwide and is also involved in Investor Relations and Acquisitions. She has an extensive background in commercial real estate lending and finance, underwriting, and valuation. Prior to joining Millburn, Jessica was with Wells Fargo Commercial Real Estate for almost 10 years and was responsible for the origination/sourcing/restructuring of over $1.0 Billion in loans. During her tenure, she also managed the relationship for the largest owner/developer/operator of multifamily in the United States on behalf of the Bank. Jessica earned a B.S. in Finance with a Minor in Accounting and a Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson University.
