Charleigh Sprawls is a first year History Master's student. She is currently a research assistant for University Historian Dr. Otis Pickett and a teaching assistant for HIST 1000 - History of Clemson University. Charleigh received her Bachelor's in History with an emphasis in Public History from Clemson University in May 2024. Her research focuses on the Antebellum American South, particularly focusing on the experiences of both enslaved and free women. Charleigh's research interests include Women's History, Gender, Slavery, and Medicine.
