Davion T. Brown is a Lecturer in Theatre with Clemson University's Department of Performing Arts. Davion is also a working professional theatre artist; with over nine years of experience in various facets of the field. From acting, to directing, choreography, playwrighting, and more. Davion's love for the theatre stems from the awe-inspiring wonders and true freedoms of artistic expression a person is encouraged to explore within it. Each aspect of the theatre provides an individual with a unique and thought-provoking element to participate in. Davion believes that engaging oneself in the marvels of the theatrical arts is integral to the human experience. Where during every step of the theatrical process a person gains a greater understanding, appreciation, and purpose for bringing about the betterment of not only their own cultures and experiences, but indeed those of their fellow man as well. Recipes which are both viable and necessary for the advancement of mankind. Davion hopes that the love he holds for the theatre will invigorate the creative passions of the wonderful students at Clemson University.
