Internal Daily Student/Course Enrollment and Degrees Reports are on-line self-service tools developed by the Office for Institutional Research (OIR) and Clemson Computing and Information Technology (CCIT) to help campus administrators monitor student and course enrollment and degrees to be awarded for present and future terms. The reports also track registration and graduation status for students enrolled at Clemson in a previous term.
Data are refreshed on a daily basis and are subject to change. The reports are intended for internal planning and informational purposes only and are not to be used for any external or official reporting. The reports are available to senior administrators, enrollment management teams, deans/associate deans and department chairs. A Clemson login is required. If you are a faculty or staff at Clemson University and you need access to these reports, please submit a request.

Notification About the Previous Student and Course Registration Daily Tracking ReportThe Office for Institutional Research created the Student and Course Registration Daily Tracking Report in spring 2020 to address the concerns about the potential impact of COVID-19 on fall enrollment. In the report, historical registrations were retrieved from the current lens, i.e. if a student first registered and then dropped all courses before the first week of a semester, the student would not be counted as being enrolled. Because of this, historical enrollment was lower than that if captured at point-in-time. The University has since then started to take daily registration snapshot and developed a true point-in-time benchmarking report. The new “Registration Daily Snapshot” can be accessed through the new Clemson Data and Analytics platform: http://www.clemson.edu/data/guidelines.html. The report is managed by the Enrollment Management team and a request for access may need to be made at the site.
