Clemson’s Office of Institutional Effectiveness plays a vital role in advancing the University’s mission by supporting a culture of evidence-based decision-making, accountability, and continuous improvement.  We are committed to enhancing institution quality, impact, and effectiveness by:

  • Expanding institutional impact through robust assessment and accountability practices that drive innovation and improvement
  • Delivering timely, rigorous, and actionable data analyses to support academic and operational decision-making
  • Communicating and supporting accreditation standards and resources to ensure ongoing institutional integrity and impact
  • Providing strategic leadership in accreditation, assessment, and institutional accountability

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness provides expertise, services, processes, data, tools, and analytical support aligned to support the University’s mission to educate students, advance and disseminate knowledge, and address the real-world challenges of our times through engagement, scholarship, and innovation.
