New Instructor Conference - Thursday, August 13, 2026

Join Clemson Online for the 2026 New Instructor Conference!

There are 2 tracks for you to choose from: in-person morning sessions will be held in Cooper Library, and afternoon sessions will take place via Zoom. URLs for the Zoom sessions and specific location information will be sent upon registration.

When registering, please indicate whether you intend to attend the in-person/am or Zoom/pm track. The in-person/am track is ideal for those new to teaching in Canvas, covering Canvas basics and offering 1:1 support with open workshops. The Zoom/pm track is ideal for faculty with some Canvas experience; in addition to offering Canvas basics, the Zoom/pm track will offer sessions on more specialized topics and teaching tools.

Zoom sessions marked with an asterisk (*) are unique to the Zoom track, but will be recorded and distributed to all registered participants. Faculty who participate in the morning sessions are also invited to attend for additional Zoom sessions in the afternoon.
