Mindful Mondays
Looking for practical ways to handle stress, find balance and feel more connected? This four-week mindfulness series, based on an evidence-based program from The Duke Mindfulness Institute for Emerging Adults, is specifically designed to teach mindfulness and meditation as a way to manage stress and reduce anxiety. You will learn specific skills that help calm and focus your mind, including breathing exercises, guided imagery, body scan and more. This course is open to students and employees.
You can also request a mindfulness session for your group or organization. This session is a 45-minute session and can be requested on our Program Request webpage.
