The purpose of this request form is to let us know of your interest in creating and maintaining a lab or research website and then to guide you through the process. Before you fill out this form, please review the options:
Employee Profile
Employee profiles are used to create staff directories throughout PSA & CAFLS websites, therefore it is expected that each employee maintains some level of content on these pages. They are self-populated “CV” style web pages highlighting education, research interests, publications, lab members, courses taught, extension & outreach work, and more. Set up or edit your employee profile.
Lab Website
Individual faculty or researcher’s platform for sharing information about student lab workers, research interests, current/former research, lists of classes taught and publications, etc. Ideally, the “Employee Profile” is used for this but if an expanded website is necessary in addition to your profile page, please complete the form below so we can guide you through the next steps.
Research Website
Your work may require a unique web presence to publish content from a funded research project or a collection of grants funding a research consortium. This may be from a few pages to a complex website. Please complete the form below so we can guide you through the next steps.
It may be the case that our team is your final point of contact for your website, or it may be the case that your request is referred to an approved, Clemson vendor to complete your request. Please note the estimated fee schedule below.
To help you answer the questions below you need to know that the website solution we are offering you uses WordPress. You will be provided with a digitally compliant, Clemson-branded theme.
Vendor Fee
Fees will be incurred by the client when using a vendor to build or maintain edits to your WordPress website. Fees are dependent on the project's scope. Individuals will work directly with the approved vendor to finalize a work contract. The following table reflects sample pricing.

NOTE: If you submit a request for a project requiring a more complex website than Clemson Blogs can host, you may be referred to an approved vendor to find a solution that suits your needs. There is a different fee schedule for that level of work and it will be shared on an as-needed base.
