AI Pitch Competition

The Launchpad’s Annual AI Pitch Competition provides an opportunity for up to 10 current Clemson Student finalist teams to pitch their startup companies to an esteemed panel of Clemson-affiliated judges with expertise in the field of AI.

 
  • Who: Current Undergraduate or Graduate Students and Alumni less than 3 years out.
  • What: 6-minute PowerPoint pitch followed by 4 minutes of Q&A
  • When: April 24, 2026 from 2:00-4:00 pm
    Where: The Brook T. Smith Launchpad, 390 College Avenue, Clemson, SC 29631
  • Format: In person for locals within 100 miles. Zoom for those 100+ miles away.
  • Why: To gain pitching experience, be exposed to industry experts & investors, and compete for substantial startup funding (up to $10,000 prize pool).
  • Application Deadline: 11:59 pm on Sunday April 19, 2026
  • Notification of Acceptance: 5:00 pm on Monday April 20, 2026
  • PowerPoint Submission Due: 12:00 noon on Wednesday April 22, 2026
