Through the Triage: Training Constructive Controversy and Team Training workshop, you will learn to recognize the causes of conflict and the underlying opportunities for greater team effectiveness. The skills you will gain from participating in this workshop will prepare you for the future conflicts that you will experience performing tasks, maintaining relationships and collaborating in a group process.
