Apply For Housing
All housing applications are available in the Clemson Home portal.
*Students must have paid the enrollment deposit and set up their username to access the portal.
Housing Application Types
Academic Year
The academic year housing application covers both the Fall and Spring semesters. Contract dates begin in August and end in May. This is the standard application for most first-year, Bridge to Clemson and continuing students.
Spring
The Spring only housing application covers only the Spring semester, with contract dates beginning in January and ending in May. This option is designed for students who begin enrollment in the Spring, are returning from a study abroad program or internship, or did not live on campus during the Fall semester. Space is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Summer
The Summer housing application covers all Summer Sessions, with contract dates determined by the specific sessions a student selects. Students may choose any individual term or combination of terms that match their academic plans.
Fraternity and Sorority Housing
The housing application and contract for on-campus chapter housing for the upcoming year opens in mid-November. We encourage you to start talking about where you are living the upcoming year soon after recruitment has ended. Chapters with on-campus chapter halls typically require their newest members to live in the chapter hall their sophomore and/or junior year.
On-Campus Chapter Housing FAQsAccommodated Housing

Clemson University is committed to ensuring that our residence halls, programs and services are accessible to all students. Accommodations may include, but are not limited to, adjustments to housing assignments, room features, dining arrangements or emotional support animals.

Eligibility to live within a team’s designated housing block, as well as roommate assignments, is managed by each sport’s coaching staff.
Clemson Home offers athlete housing blocks for the following sports:
