Office of Institutional Research (OIR)
Looking for institutional data?
Before submitting a request, we recommend exploring the following resources:
- Clemson University Factbook – Access admissions, enrollment, degree completion, retention and graduation rates, and employee statistics. Use filters to view data by college, department, and other units.
- Internal Daily Dynamic Reports – View current student enrollment, course enrollment, and degree completion reports.
If you cannot find the information you need, submit an Office of Institutional Research Data Request Form.
Response Time
Most requests are completed within 3–5 business days. Complex requests may require additional time.
Because of state and federal reporting deadlines, response times may be longer during the fall semester. Official fall enrollment data are typically available after approval by the South Carolina Commission on Higher Education, usually in late October.
