Profile/About Me
Hi! My interest in math revolves around modeling biological phenomenon. I first became interested in this field when working on modeling probable amino acid interactions in the NBD2 of CFTR protein. I've also investigated an oncololytic virotherapy's impact on a co-culture of breast cancer cells and macrophages, as well as used molecular dynamic simulations to quantify the agregation of a tumor supressor gene product (p53). These research projects have peaked my interest in the interdisciplinary field of biology and mathematics.
Outside of school, I enjoy playing the violin and choreographing contemporary dances.
