Accelerated Pathways to PC

This strategic partnership is designed to reduce total student tuition burden and to accept the most talented Clemson students. Presbyterian College was founded in 1880 in Clinton, South Carolina. PC values a liberal arts education, seeking to develop mental, physical, moral and spiritual capacities within each student. PC is transformative, offering a rigorous education with a built-in support network of faculty, staff and alumni. Accelerated Pathways Programs

Pharmacy

3 years at Clemson + 4 years at PCGirl working with small pills in a lab.

The PC pharmacy four-year doctoral program curriculum blends classroom, laboratory and experiential learning throughout the academic year to provide opportunities for skill acquisition and demonstration. The integration of foundational sciences and pharmacotherapy along with the inclusion of interprofessional collaboration develops student pharmacists into practice-ready graduates.

Occupational Therapy

3 years at Clemson + 3 years at PCTwo female college students working with a young girl.

The PC occupational therapy three-year doctorate program trains students to restore and enhance everyday occupations for patients who have experienced injury, disease or illness. In the hands-on OTD program, students engage in a comprehensive mix of classroom learning, lab work, clinical experience and service-based community involvement.

  • Comprehensive 33-month, eight-semester program with a low student-faculty ratio.
  • State-of-the-art facilities, including a building dedicated to OTD teaching and learning; lab resources, environmental simulation center and future community clinic.

Physician Assistant

4 years at Clemson + 2 years at PCTwo female medical students and male student, all wearing blue scrubs, working on a laptop PC.

Physician assistants perform many of the same duties as an M.D. — diagnose illnesses, prescribe medications, assist in surgery — but with less school time. Physician assistants serve in almost every area of medicine, and our PA program at PC prepares students to start making an impact immediately.
