					Healthy Campus is one of three departments in Student Health Services. We provide population-level risk reduction and holistic well-being to our students. We create an environment where students thrive and develop lifelong patterns for health and well-being.

Request a Program 
        						            						        Based on an evidence-based program from The Duke Mindfulness Institute for Emerging Adults, this four-week mindfulness series is specifically designed to teach mindfulness and meditation as a way to manage stress and reduce anxiety.
Mindful Mondays 
        						            						        Many aspects encompass a holistic picture of an individual’s well-being, including the Eight Dimensions of Well-Being. These dimensions are interconnected, with every aspect affecting your life.
Well-Being 
        						            						        Belonging to a group gives people a sense of identity. Researchers have found that people are happier when they are with other people than when they are alone, regardless if you are an introvert or extrovert.
Building Social Connections 
        						            						        Although living a nourished life encompasses a wide variety of health topics, maintaining proper nutrition is an important component.

        						            						        Sexual health and gynecology services are available at Redfern Health Center for all students.
