The Office of Immigration Services is here to help you and your host department navigate the steps related to your visa type and the work you plan to do at Clemson University. We are well-versed in the federal policies and procedures necessary to travel to the U.S. for employment.
J-1 Scholars
Clemson University is thrilled to be a temporary home to many international exchange visitors and scholars. The Office of International Services is available to assist you with the immigration process, including visa applications and DS-2019 forms.
H-1B Employees
Clemson University, as a Carnegie R1 public research institution, is actively providing growth and advancement to our highly talented community of researchers and faculty. International Services works hard to assist qualified faculty and researchers as they walk through the H-1B non-immigrant employment visa process.
