Fleet Management
REMINDER: After more than 50 years of service, the Motor Pool fueling station will close this Wednesday, September 10th, at 3:00 p.m. Please ensure your golf carts and vehicles are fueled prior to the closure.
Beginning Monday, September 15th, the new Administrative Services Building (ASB) fueling station will be available for critical/mission-essential customers, with access for routine customers opening mid-to-late next week. New Key FOBs will be issued to campus refuelers. For questions or assistance, please contact Shelly Hackett at shall@clemson.edu.
Located behind Admin Services Building in the Surplus and Receiving warehouse, Fleet Services provides direct support in procuring a new vehicle, trailer, boat or over-the-road tagged equipment, as well as turn-in services for unneeded above items. We also are the issue point for government license plates, fuel credit cards, university gas pump keys, vehicle maintenance, insurance and vehicle pickup counsel, billing, and the university vehicle records repository.
The new ASB fueling station is open for fueling Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 5:00pm (if you already have your fuel key fob)

Preventative Maintenance
State Fleet Management has provided a Preventive Maintenance (PM) Schedule for agencies to maintain vehicles in a safe and cost-effective manner. Whether or not you use Commercial Vendor Repair Program (CVRP) sticking to these PM schedules can help to prevent major component failure and reduce vehicle downtime.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car and National Car Rentals continue to be our preferred rental car supplier for Clemson University. This partnership allows us to consolidate spending, simplify program management, and significantly reduce our annual car rental expenditures.
