Responsibilities

As the Human Resources and Payroll Liaison for the School of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences, serves as the primary point of contact for all HR and payroll matters. Provides comprehensive support across hiring, onboarding, payroll administration, and international employment. Oversees HR and payroll documentation, ensures compliance with university, state, and federal regulations, and coordinates closely with supervisors and financial staff to maintain accurate and timely processing. Manages timekeeping and payroll approvals, oversees summer pay for faculty, and facilitates international hiring and visa renewals in collaboration with campus partners.
