Profile

Currently serves as a Senior Lecturer and the Director of Clemson University’s Outdoor Lab. The Outdoor Lab is a retreat center from August – May. Leslie is an active member of the American Camp Association serving as an instructor in their standards program, as well as maintaining accreditation for the Outdoor Lab programs. Currently, she co-instructs undergraduate courses in the Camp Management emphasis and supervises university students in volunteer, practicum and internship opportunities. Her responsibilities also include directing the day-to-day operation of the Outdoor Lab, which consists of 8 full-time employees in the areas of property management, reservations/guest services, camps/programs and a contracted catering company.
