ProfileI'm originally from Charlotte, NC and I've been a nurse for 14 years. 9 of those years have been dedicated to nursing education. I started out at the bedside working on a neurosurgical unit before teaching in the academic setting. I've also been a unit educator as well as a hospital educator. I'm passionate about engaging teaching methods, testing strategies, and technology in nursing education. I'm a Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) and am also certified in Nursing Professional Development (NPD-BC). | |
