Profile

Betsy Albritton attended the Organizational Science PhD program at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Dr. Albritton studies leadership, emotions, and research methods, with a particular focus on big data science. She has authored multiple papers exploring the impact of modern prediction methods, such as deep learning and natural language processing, on leadership studies. Dr. Albritton will be accepting a PhD student for the 2025-2026 cycle.
