Profile

John builds capacity in various initiatives to enhance decision-making and to promote continuous improvement of the college's programs and services. Part of this work includes consultation with faculty and staff on assessments initiatives in their areas. He also provides guidance to the University Assessment Committee, and provides ongoing implementation guidance and technical support in the implementation of Campus Labs, the university's new assessment management system. John previously served in the CU Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment where he provided senior-level guidance, consultation and training to faculty members and campus leaders in assessment design and implementation. He has also supported accreditation reviews by Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges and the current Quality Enhancement Plan.
