ProfileMy background, culture and lived experience serve as the foundation for my interest in diversity, student development, and the art of communication. I was born in Liberia, West Africa, migrated to North America, and grew up near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Currently, I hold the position of a Lecturer of Public Speaking, as well as, a Faculty in Residence in Holmes & McCabe communities. Â My role in the following committees speak to my interest areas previously mentioned above. I serve as a member on the Martin Luther King Jr. Planning Committee, the Black History Month Planning Committee, and the Basic Course Committee in the Communication Department. All these experiences help to enrich not only my life, but the lives of students, faculty, staff and community members in the Clemson area. | |
