ProfileTanya L. Staton is a Public Health Sciences Senior lecturer and Clemson Rural Health's laboratory and infection prevention consultant. Staton teaches undergraduate students in the department of public health sciences. For the past 15 years, Staton has worked at an acute care facility, where she initially worked in the chemistry and hematology departments as a medical laboratory scientist. Staton earned her master's degree in public health from Concordia University and a bachelor's degree in microbiology from Clemson University.
