Annual Security and Fire Safety Report

Published in accordance with the Clery Act

CUPD prepares Clemson University's annual Security and Fire Safety Report to comply with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act. The report includes safety information, policies and procedures, crime and fire safety statistics for the previous year and other information of importance to the University community.

2025 Security and Fire Safety Report now available

September 29, 2025 

Clemson University’s 2025 Security and Fire Safety Report, which is required by law to be published and distributed to the campus community by Oct. 1, is now available.

Clemson University is committed to assisting all members of the University community in providing for their own safety and security. The 2025 Security and Fire Safety Report compliance document is available at the link above.

Notification mandated by the Clery Act
Issued in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act, a federal law originally known as the Crime Awareness and Campus Security Act of 1990, that mandates timely notices to the campus community. The Clery Act is enforced by the U.S. Department of Education.

CUPD Annual Report

The CUPD Annual Report provides a wide range of information about the operations of CUPD. The report covers all areas of CUPD, including community outreach, honors and awards, data and trends, professional development and training and more.
