This is a scenic site located in the city of Yangzhou, China. This unique area encompasses a unique integration of agriculture, wetlands, and residential areas, providing a glimpse into the city’s rich culture and natural heritage. The canal has been a vital part of Yangzhou’s economy serving as a hub for transportation of goods. The surrounding agriculture land has supported the city’s ag-based economy with crops such as, rice, wheat, and soybeans. The wetlands provide an important habitat for wildlife and also serve as flood control systems. In addition to the natural attractions, the rich culture and heritage is showcased very strongly throughout the neighborhoods, with markets and other small businesses.
