Who signs forms?
- Study Abroad Course Equivalency Forms: Course equivalency forms for study abroad are located within the Terra Dotta student application. If you have issues accessing this form, please get in touch with abroad@clemson.edu. Students can submit their requests through Terra Dotta, and the Pam Hendrix Center for Education Abroad will contact the appropriate instructor for evaluation.
- Grade change forms: These forms must be signed by the course instructor.
- Academic Forms (Academic Forgiveness, Change of Major requests, Coursework to be Taken Elsewhere, etc.): These forms are signed by your primary academic advisor. If you are unsure who that may be, please get in touch with Dorcas Perez (dorcasp@clemson.edu)
