Buy a Permit Now!

  • You must purchase a parking permit online.

  • You can pay for your permit in one of 2 ways:

    • Charge your permit to your fall semester student bill. This payment option is ONLY available until 11:59 pm (EST) on August 21, 2019. This payment option is NOT available for the spring semester. Please select “Student Bill_iROAR” upon check out if you elect to use this option.

    • Use Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

  • For current student parking permit rates, please visit the Permit Rates page.

  • Please note that Fall Semester Permits are ONLY for students who will not be returning in the spring semester (Candidates for Graduation, Internships, Co-ops, etc.). We DO NOT sell Spring Semester permits. If a returning student purchases a Fall Semester Permit then they will be required to purchase an Annual Permit in the spring at the current selling price.

  • If you are a resident student, you will be issued a permit (either a physical permit decal or a virtual permit) based on your housing assignment.

  • Permits will be mailed starting July 15, 2019 to the shipping address that you provide. West Resident students will not receive physical permit decals in the mail after purchasing their permits online; instead, their virtual permits will be tied to their license plate numbers and enforced via license plate recognition (LPR) technology.

  • The only on-campus address accepted as a shipping address is your own student post office address. Permits cannot be held by Parking and Transportation Services for pick-up.

  • All past-due citations must be paid before purchasing a parking permit.

  • Please review the back of your permit for the placement location on your vehicle.

  • To avoid citations, please review the insert that comes with your permit for the specific parking guidelines.

There are several programs for students that provide more affordable and convenient transportation choices such as:
