As a new student to Clemson, you are encouraged to take advantage of the online photo submission option. This unique option is only offered to those who do not have a photo on file with Clemson. Your photo must be submitted and accepted based on the schedule outlined in your respective orientation booklet.
Perks of submitting a photo online:

  • You can preload TigerStripe funds by calling our office the day before your orientation session.

  • Pick up your card at Orientation.

  • Choose the photo on your TigerOne card.

  • No waiting in lines to take a photo during move-in.

Online Photo Submission

*TigerOne Card pickup for Bridge Student Orientations may be held at an alternate location.  Please check with your program supervisor before coming to the TigerOne office to pick up your card.
To get your official Clemson University TigerOne card you will need to bring a valid government issued photo identification (i.e. Driver License, Passport, Military ID) with you for pick up purposes; you will also need to know your Clemson University USERNAME and password. If you do not know your Clemson username and password, please contact CCIT at 864-656-3494 to obtain this information prior to visiting TigerOne. Our office is located on the first floor of the Hendrix Student Center down the hallway behind the elevator.

Online or Off-Campus Students

If you are a new student enrolled in online classes or in other off-campus programs at Clemson University, follow the Photo Submission Guidelines link for submitting your photo online. TigerOne cards cannot be mailed to you directly; they must be sent to one of our TigerOne Off-Campus Liaisons. Once your photo is approved, send an email to tigeronecard@clemson.edu with your name, CUID number, and the liaison in which you are requesting us to send your TigerOne card. Also, please email the TigerOne liaison letting them know to be expecting your card.
Once requested, TigerOne cards will be sent twice per month to the TigerOne liaison. Off-Campus Liaisons
