Deactivate your TigerOne ID

If your TigerOne ID is lost or stolen, deactivate it immediately online. Deactivating your credentials will prevent others from utilizing your account.

You can remove and re-add your Mobile ID at the Credential Management Portal.

For a charge of $20, you can request a new TigerOne card through the Card Request Portal.

If you locate your ID, you can reactivate it online. Be aware that if you've had a new card printed, the old card can no longer be activated.
