Casey A. Forrest is a Lecturer of Finance in the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University. He brings nearly three decades of corporate finance leadership across Fortune 500 industrial and services companies, with depth in FP&A, strategy, M&A, capital allocation, and investor relations. His career includes leading enterprise planning and performance management, evaluating multi-billion-dollar transactions, and guiding portfolio separations and integrations. He has built KPI and ROIC frameworks that shaped capital deployment, partnered with CEOs and boards on equity and debt offerings and external guidance, and translated complex financials into clear messages for investors. He has also developed and coached high-performing finance teams in matrixed, global environments. At Clemson, he teaches FIN 3050 – Investment Analysis. He holds an MBA and began his career in rigorous corporate finance leadership programs.
