Born and raised in West Newbury, Vermont, Dr. Way is a first-generation college student who credits his Mother as the inspiration for his pursuit of lifelong learning. Prior to entering academia full-time, Dr. Way spent 12 years in Charlotte, NC, working in the financial services industry. In his free time, Dr. Way enjoys hiking and attending college sporting events.
