CPT Matthew Chapman commissioned from Seton Hall University as a Field Artillery Officer in 2014. CPT Chapman attended the Field Artillery Basic Officers Leaders Course in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, and upon graduation was assigned to the 2nd Cavalry Regiment in Vilseck, Germany. CPT Chapman attended the Maneuver Captain's Career Course in Fort Benning, Georgia, and subsequently served in 2nd Brigade Combat Team "Strike", 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault). CPT Chapman Deployed to CTC Yavoriv, Ukraine in 2019 as an Urban Operations Instructor, and again deployed with 2BCT to Europe in 2022-2023.
